A program confirmation will be sent to you after details of the event have been discussed.
Review, sign and return the program confirmation along with a 50% reservation deposit.
Audio-Visual Requirements
Mitch uses a Lavaliere Microphone. Wireless is preferable, but not mandatory. Please make sure the A/V department has a back-up microphone available at all times.
Presentation software is used throughout the program. This greatly enhances the message, and allows for greater impact and higher retention levels. Mitch will bring his own laptop computer with presentation on it in PowerPoint. Please provide a table to place laptop computer.
Provide a video projector with sound capability for use with a laptop computer. The higher the lumens the better.
Please have a white board or flip chart with colored markers positioned near the front of the room.
On stage, please have bottled or pitcher of water and a glass. No ice.
Theater or classroom seating is preferable in chevron style. It is understood that when planned on or around a meal this may not be possible.
A riser is requested if more than 100 people.
A podium is not necessary.
The screen should be centered for audience's ease of viewing.
When room is rectangular, please have stage positioned in the center of the long wall. This assists greatly in creating intimacy between your audience and anyone on stage.
Please make sure the room is appropriately lit, especially the stage area. People remember more and laugh more in a bright room. Mitch likes to see the faces of his audience. Please be sure lights can be dimmed, if necessary, to maximize effectiveness of the PowerPoint presentation.
When a photographer is present, please ask them to refrain from taking photos during the first 15 minutes of the program. This can be distracting to the speaker and the audience.
Video and/or audio recording are not permitted.
